This website is run by Velvet Bundles, New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping, Refunds & Returns and Privacy policies, which are part of these terms.

Orders

• Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and your payment has been received in full.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if a price or product detail on the site was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.
• You must be of legal age in your province, state or country, or order with a parent or guardian's permission.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates; you are charged in CAD.
• Payment is taken securely by PayPal (PayPal balance or card). We never see or store your card details.
• Every order total is checked by our payment system. Orders paid at a wrong or altered amount are cancelled and refunded.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but never for an order you have already paid.

Products

• Our hair is a natural product. Shade, pattern and thickness can vary slightly between batches and from the photos, and screens show colors differently.
• Ask us for current photos or videos before you buy if an exact match matters to you.

Shipping, duties and returns

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs are explained on our Shipping page. Replacements and refunds follow our Refunds & Returns policy.

Using this website

• All content on this site, including text, photos, the Velvet Bundles name and logo, is owned by Velvet Bundles or used with permission. Don't copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
• Don't misuse the site: no fake orders, payment fraud, attempts to change prices, hacking, automated scraping or spam.
• Reviews you submit must be your own honest experience. We may publish them on the site and remove reviews that are fake, offensive or not about our products.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the hair as described. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by incorrect installation, coloring or care of the hair. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
