We ship worldwide with tracked express couriers. Orders are delivered in 5–8 business days.
Custom colors and wigs are made to order and can take longer to prepare. We'll confirm the time before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp or by email. You can follow it on our Track Order page.
Customs, duties and taxes
We don't add any duties or import taxes to your order. In rare cases your country's customs may charge a fee on delivery, which is set by them, not by us.
Address and delivery
- Check that your address and phone number are correct. The courier may call you before delivery.
- If a package is returned because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, the cost to send it again is paid by the customer.
- If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, message us and we'll follow up with the courier.
