Velvet Bundles (operated by Vivaan Exports) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and the items you order, when you send us an order on WhatsApp or by email, or pay with PayPal.
- Reviews: your name, location, email, rating, review text and photos, when you submit a review.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by PayPal.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order, and to send your invoice and tracking number
- To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds
- To publish your review (only your name, location, rating, text and photos; never your email)
- To send news and offers, only if you've asked us to. You can stop them at any time.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- PayPal, for payments and invoices
- Courier companies, to deliver your order
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives review submissions
- WhatsApp and our email provider, when you message us
These companies have their own privacy policies and may store data outside your country. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart, chosen currency and last order are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so they're still there when you come back. To show prices in other currencies, your browser loads exchange rates from the Frankfurter or ExchangeRate-API service. Our fonts load from Google Fonts. Both services can see your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, for tax and accounting rules, and to handle any claims.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing, at any time. Email contact@velvetbundles.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy regulator in your country (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).
Age
You must be of legal age in your province or state to order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
